Target areas for health coaching may include improvement of eating patterns, increasing physical activity, reducing stress levels, creating routines that promote a more balanced lifestyle, improving physical environment, developing a greater mind-body connection, improving relationships and community connections, exploring career and personal passions, increasing quality of sleep and decreasing unhealthy habits such as smoking.
