Solace Gym Cheltenham

Our lovely gym is friendly and welcoming, situated conveniently in the Leckhampton area of Cheltenham on the Liddington Industrial Estate. With an emphasis on mental health and well being, we are building a community for everyone who doesn’t always feel comfortable socialising. Not just a gym, (although we do have an emphasis on delivering fun, high quality exercise classes and have a fantastic gym space with machines and free weights,) Solace is a place for people to connect with others in a relaxed environment. Owner Louise has ADHD and knows the benefits of exercise on mental health but also the hurdles faced when trying to access it if you don’t feel like you fit the societal norms!
