Solace Mind® was founded in 2018 by United States Marine Corps Veteran Sylvia Feliciano to bridge the gap between mental health, holistic healing, and evidence-based crisis intervention strategies. We specialize in trauma-informed, holistic, and transformative healing modalities, offering individual and organizational consulting and management services in mental health and stress management. Our expertise includes crisis intervention, suicide prevention, verbal de-escalation, substance use disorders, recovery and resiliency, relationship abuse, and workplace wellness strategies. Solace Mind® incorporates hypnotherapy, life coaching, iRest Yoga Nidra, sound healing, guided meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga, and other stress management techniques to support mental and physical well-being.
