Solar Engineering Solution’s (SES) mission is to deliver breakthrough solar thermal technologies that serve the heating and cooling needs of buildings. With our patent-pending solar thermal collector, smart control and other innovations, our system uses much less energy than either conventional systems or competing solar alternatives. SES enables building owners to save money by curbing demand for expensive peak-priced electricity. Switching from conventional HVAC to an SES system will enable a building to cut its heating and cooling costs by up to 80%; energy cost savings will pay back the upfront cost of an SES system within 3-5 years – or even more quickly if a customer takes advantage of various state and federal rebates and tax incentives. Currently, we are setting up a demo project on MIT campus. The MIT Solar Air Conditioning System (SACS) aims to reduce energy consumption of buildings on campus, demonstrate and promote the innovative SACS technology, and illustrate MIT’s leadership in green energy development.
