About Solar-Gem
Solar-Gem was nominated Australian Innovator of the Year 2010, and also won the Australian International Design Award 2010. Solar-Gem provides off-grid energy solutions to remote communities which may not have grid connected power and who rely on either diesel or keroscene. Solar-Gem's solution provides clean, reliable energy and affordable. The solutions have so far been installed in eco-resorts, remote communities, orphanages and an emergency ward in Africa, and in factories in the Middle East to counter the effect of rising energy prices.
