We are scaling applications for our products worldwide in the fresh food, food ingredients and industrial materials space in accordance with 2018 US Farm Bill in the USA and other global hemp regulations. Solare Ventures Inc. is licensed under the Produce Dealer’s Act and Processors Law by the California Department of Food & Agriculture in the State of California. Solare Hemp ™ branded products are produced using exclusively licensed, Certified Industrial Hemp varietals that have been approved by the OECD, AOSCA, or other such seed certifying agencies. All our food products are produced in accordance with USDA Certified Organic regulations. Our fresh hemp products have been approved by the US FDA for use in all 50 states, and our products are also legal for sale in the EU.
