SolarRE Origins Incorporated on 12th March 2018, Solarre Sdn Bhd (SSB) has experience-based knowledge in engineering services management. We ensure all project works on engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning (EPCC), are successfully delivered with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). In addition, we work with PERHEBAT (Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Bekas Angkatan Tentera) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to provide alternative second career opportunities for armed forces retirees and members of local communities. Our aim is to provide core business activities to uplift the existing living environment, especially in rural areas so that the underprivileged may have basic living requirements such as electricity and clean drinking water. To ensure sustainable living conditions at grid connected and off-grid connected areas, SBB utilises green energy and water generation & filtration systems. We also provide Security Surveillance Systems for large-scale Solar Farms. In addition, SSB signed a collaboration agreement with Hii Hua Chuan Electrical Works (Sibu, Sarawak) (HHCEW) to participate in all open tender Solar Projects in Sarawak. It will undertake the solar system engineering design, testing & commissioning and maintenance works while HHCEW will undertake the procurement and installation works. The company is also working to participate on SARES (Sarawak Alternative Rural Electrification Scheme) tenders, and works with the Sarawak State government and MinDef (Ministry of Defence) to take on current solar maintenance works across Malaysia. On 20th July 2020, MDT Innovations Sdn Bhd with a paid-up capital of RM59 million, took up 51% of Solarre Sdn Bhd shares and increased Solarre Sdn Bhd’s capital from RM300K to RM1 million. MDT Innovations’ strong financial background will allow Solarre Sdn Bhd to invest further in the solar energy business.
