Based on the preferences of its clients, Solas Finance is open to structuring transactions either as debt originations or debt acquisitions. In the case of debt originations (i.e., turnaround, bridge or structured financing), funds will be made available directly to the borrower. In the case of debt acquisitions, Solas Finance will purchase the debt from existing lenders thereby providing an alternative exit strategy for the resolution of problem loans.
