With a team of over 2300 workers and an area of 210,000 m2 between its Istanbul and Gaziantep facilities, Şölen has a yearly production capacity of 330 thousand tons and is among the leading factories worldwide with its Industry 4.0 hardware and advanced technology.
Şölen is also the first company in the Turkish food industry to have a single legal entity and an R&D center in 2 different locations, with its R&D centers located in Istanbul and Gaziantep.
