Sakarya (Pamukova) facility was established in 1998 to generate glocal way of working by integrating local and global expertise of Groupe Lactalis and became the largest dairy product company in Turkey. Today, five Ak Gıda production facilities produce a wide range of products including cheese, yogurt, milk, ayran (local fermented milk), kefir, butter, cream, pudding, industrial milk products, ketchup and mayonnaise. Ak Gıda is the market leader with its agile structure in the Turkish packed dairy market, which responds fast with its milk processing capacity of 5000 tons per day.
