Solener est un bureau d’études dont l’activité est centrée depuis 1988 sur l’approche développement durable des projets de bâtiment. Précurseur dans le domaine, l’expérience cumulée à travers plus d’une centaine de références, lui a permis de dégager un modèle de management environnemental de projet, résolument pragmatique, pour apporter des solutions concrètes aux défis de la transition énergétique et du changement climatique. Solener est composé essentiellement d’ingénieurs spécialisés dans les domaines de la maîtrise de l’énergie, de l’aménagement urbain durable, de la simulation du bâtiment (confort thermique, ventilation naturelle, lumière naturelle, qualité de l'air), de l’optimisation environnementale (bilan carbone, analyse du cycle de vie, qualité intérieure de l’air), certifications HQE et H&E, Maison Passive, Minergie... Travaillant avec des laboratoires de recherches et en partenariat avec de nombreux organismes, Solener place la recherche appliquée, la veille technologique et réglementaire en tête de ses priorités. Solener est membre de l’AICVF, du Cd2E, de la Maison du Passif et du Collectif des Acteurs du Passif Hauts-de-France.
