LNG’s advantages vs. other fuels (e.g. diesel, LPG):
- Cost. Significant savings vs. other liquid or gaseous fuels.
- Environment. Reduced emissions including NOx, CO2 and particulate matter
- Safety. LNG is not pressurized, and it vaporizes as natural gas, which is lighter than air
