(“Soletaurus”) is a financial services firm specialized in business origination and intermediation in debt and equity capital markets, renewable energy, technology and real estate in Spain and Portugal. Soletaurus intermediates for its clients providing them with the optimal investor for each funding requirement. We broker between international investors and the domestic players with no reach overseas. Additionally, Soletaurus aims to open the Iberian market to those international institutions with an interest to trade in the region but with no on-site infrastructure. Soletaurus is there to assist players with a global focus but no significant local presence in the Iberian market. Our partners display more than 30 years of combined international experience in investment banking mainly in ECM, DCM and M&A origination at Dresdner Kleinwort, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale both at their London and Madrid offices.
