SOLIBAD - Badminton Without Borders

SOLIBAD stands for Solidarity and Badminton. Our slogan, "Badminton without Borders", clearly enhances our mission : we use badminton to try to make a difference in the lives of thousands of children around the world. How ? By putting together the energy, ideas and ressources of the Badminton community, all around the planet, to collect funds and badminton equipment to help local programs for underprivileged children. Leisure players, clubs, Badminton academies, brands, distributors, National Federations and top stars work hand in hand in a quite unique way in the world of sport to make all this happen. We work with great humility with trusted local partners to make a change through badminton programs - whether it is in the streets of Madagascar or the garbage dumps of Indonesia - or non badminton programs, where Solibad acts as a "regular" charity, looking after food, medicine or accommodation for the children. Always focusing on their dignity, their mental health with a psychological support.
