Solicitude Training provide high quality, cost effective training and consultancy to the health and social care sector. Training packages are engaging and bespoke to individual organizations to ensure that they are relevant to that particular service and therefore optimize learning and include accredited as well as awareness courses. Solicitude Training is a registered center with Qualsafe. Training can be delivered virtually, face to face or via e-learning or through a combination. The benefit of using a blended approach is that it can reduce delivery time (and therefore cost), but knowledge can be checked during the face to face delivery, to ensure that not only have the staff gained the knowledge, but that they can apply it to practice. Consultancy services include: -Mock inspections -Completion of action plans (post inspection or for continuous improvement) -Audits of an overall service as well as area specific -Competency assessments of staff (all levels) -Staff coaching, mentoring and development -Training needs analysis -The training and consultancy services are provided by qualified health professionals with first- hand knowledge of the industry, giving greater understanding of the challenges associated with it and subsequently getting the best out of people.
