Solidmark Inc. (formerly Mindanao Solidmark Inc. ) is a corporation integrated with Securities and Exchange Commission on January 22, 1970 with the Main Branch Located at Pacana- Velez Streets, Cagayan de Oro City. Solidmark - Velez (Main Branch) started on January 22, 1970 catering to home appliance needs of the people in Cagayan de Oro and the neighboring provinces. Being at the center of Northern Mindanao, Cagayan de Oro was anticipated to become a crucial place for trade and shipping, and a vital part in the economic development of the region. As the economic activity in the region improved and increased, Solidmark Inc. resolved an expansion program to bring quality products and services to neighboring communities across Northen Mindanao. In 1988, Solidmark Iligan was opened in order to serve the needs of it's people who were experiencing an economic boom with the presence of the major industries involved in the manufacture of steel, cement and power generator. Solidmark's branch made it easier for the people in Iligan and it's neighboring provinces to acquire quality appliances and services without the need to travel to Cagayan de Oro City. In year 2001 Solidmark Dipolog and Solidmark Limketkai Mall (Cagayan de Oro City) opened. Solidmark Limketkai occupied only 5 adjacent store spaces within Limketkai Center. With the vision of Solidmark to serve its customers better, its transferred to a bigger and more convenient place at the Mall. Solidmark Limketkai Branch now carries a wide array of appliances, furniture and home furnishings, computers and musical instruments. Solidmark continues to expand its market coverage not only in Northen Mindanao but also to neighboring regions namely Pagadianm Butuan Langihan, Butuan JC Aquino, Surigao City and Cabadbaran Agusan del Norte. It also have branches in Malaybalay City and Valencia City Bukidnon, Puerto Cagayan de Oro City and the newly opened Oroquieta Branch.
