Since 2016, Solido has established itself as a preferred capital partner for residential developers in Greater Sydney, Greater Melbourne, South East Queensland and Greater Adelaide. Since inception, Solido has invested over $775m in property developments projects from small duplexes to 100+ residential apartment projects – and are now into the eighth and ninth projects with preferred developer partners. We have a significant balance sheet, as well as working with wholesale, family office and institutional investors, to provide debt funds for: - Property loans (acquisition, refinance, equity release, residual stock, etc) - Construction/development loans Our primary business is to provide debt funds secured via 1st registered mortgage, however as we benefit from a significant in-house balance sheet we are able to provide funding solutions across the capital stack (including subordinated debt and equity) on a case-by-case basis.
