Solinas is a deep-tech startup born out of IIT Madras. We are on a mission to address critical issues related to manual scavenging, water accessibility, and preventing floods and sewer overflows.

At the core of Solinas's innovation are indigenous and affordable robotic solutions designed for pipeline inspection, manhole and septic tank cleaning, and overall underground asset management. Technologies like Endobot and Swasth AI serve as pipeline diagnostic tools capable of detecting and mitigating water contamination, wastages, and sewer overflows, often unnoticed due to underground issues like leaks, blockages, and tree roots.
We specialize in developing miniature robots, including India's 1st 90mm water robot and 120mm sewer robot, capable of navigating through pipelines below 100mm to address contamination challenges in water-sewer pipelines.
The flagship solution, Homosep, is India's 1st septic tank/manhole cleaning robot, offering an end-to-end solution that eliminates manual scavenging. Recently, the compact version, Homosep Atom, was launched by Honourable IT Minister P.T.R. Thiyagarajan, catering to narrow lanes and challenging spaces, ensuring no manual cleaning occurs.
