Our machines are designed and built to the highest standards for the metal forming and cutting Industry and stand out in quality, precisión, flexibility and durability.
All our Hot Forming Machines are equipped with the latest induction heating control System that controls the heating process by Pattern and/or by Temperature. This technology combined with the high-speed PLC will take a read of the product temperature 0.1 seconds before forming takes place. The temperature detected will be stored and recorded and can be documented to verify that every producto was formed within the specified material temperature.
All our Hot Forming Machines are equiped with a length measuring system to measure each loaded blank in length and to automatically correct any length variation during the forming process to guarantee that each formed product has the same amount of material in the head volume. This will increase the tooling life and reduce material waste and the re-machining time.
We are using the latest servo technology to allow quick change overs as well as reproducibility of the production setting; this makes the time consuming and inaccurate manual set up in any application and process obsolete.
