Solis UTCN Solar Car Team is a group of students from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, dedicated to developing solar cars and preparing students to become future engineers.
Our latest model, Solis EV4, reflects our commitment to sustainable engineering and advanced technology.
With participation in five major competitions, the team recently showcased its skills at the iLumen European Solar Challenge 2024, securing the 5th best lap in dynamic scrutineering and a best lap time of 03:45:414.
Previous competitions include the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2023, iESC 2022 and 2021, and the Italian Solar Challenge 2022.
