The company was founded in November 2020 by Manuel Bernardo, the current CEO, and Dr. José Bernardo, a specialist in artificial intelligence, the current CTO of which is currently working in France in charge of managing innovative engineering projects focused on robotics, energy and automobiles with the integration of artificial intelligence. In 2024, the partners launched the SolOn-Tech brand to offer services around emerging innovative technologies.
