During our start up phase Soltis Concrete has been involved with Strucutral Podiums, Tilt Up, Slab on Metal Deck Buildings, Slab on Grade, and furnished Place and Finish services. Soltis Concrete’s team has the expertise to build your next 35 story or 500,000 SF warehouse. Soltis Concrete has completed the following type of projects: - Heavy Foundation with 5 levels of SOMD. - Structural Podium. - 22’ Tall Basement Retaining Walls. - 8 Tilt Ups (Ranging in Size).
