Soluble Biotech, Inc. (Soluble) provides services to move biologics through the pre-clinical process with the best chance of success. The proprietary HSC instrument allows Soluble to screen hundreds of formulations via self-interaction chromatography and thousands of formulations in silico using a unique artificial neural network algorithm. This capability, provided as a service, allows Soluble to increase protein solubility and recovery 10-50x on a variety of candidate molecules, including monoclonal antibodies, Fc fusions, peptides, vaccines and enzymes. Soluble also provides comprehensive stability analysis including shelf-life and forced degradation studies. In pre-formulation, Soluble provides prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression, fermentation and purification from milliliter test incubations to scaled-up production. For prokaryotic expression, Soluble has proprietary technology for the detection and removal of endotoxin.
