Since opening in February 2016 we have doubled in size without sacrificing our commitment to our customers, clients, or team. At Solution Professional Consulting, we guarantee every team member the same growth opportunities. Starting with our Entry-Level sales position, we train our team in the art of communication and sales tactics and move into a more complex subject such as time management, strategic leadership, and team development. We believe our job is to equip our team with the tools to excel but it is their responsibility to do it. We refuse to give hand-outs or promotions based on time or favoritism. Doing this would serve no one. Instead, we push our team to be autonomous and strive for their own success.
