Since opening in February 2016 we have doubled in size without sacrificing our commitment to our customers, clients, or team. (We DO NOT do this through cold calling door to door sales!) Starting in sales, he believes that being able to have a conversation with a stranger, learn the art of active listening, and negation are key in being able to excel in all areas of life. At Solution Professional Consulting, we guarantee every team member the same growth opportunities. Starting with our Entry-Level sales position, we train our team in the art of communication and sales tactics and move into a more complex subject such as time management, strategic leadership, and team development. We believe our job is to equip our team with the tools to excel but it is their responsibility to do it. We refuse to give hand-outs or promotions based on time or favoritism. Doing this would serve no one. Instead, we push our team to be autonomous and strive for their own success. The Solution Professional Consulting team is motivated, authentic, and family-oriented.
