Our story began with a vision to create a better future for talented professionals in Latin America by providing them with opportunity to showcase their skills in designs and connect with US employers. We recognized the excess demand for design professionals in the US paired with the overabundance and underemployed qualified talent in Latin America, and knew we had to act. Thus, we created a cloud-based platform that facilitates the connection, interview, and hiring process of Latin American architects and engineers who are specifically trained to assimilate seamlessly into the US workforce. Our proprietary business model allows US employers to hire a diverse team from different countries without the legal hurdles that are usually associated with direct hire systems. S4DZ is a small tech firm that provides software and hardware for international architectural and engineering design talent, enabling their services to be hired by US firms through the firm’s platform. S4DZ is essentially a company that specializes in facilitating remote work arrangements between US companies and skilled professionals based outside of the country. S4DZ provides a suite of tools and services designed to help international talent work effectively with US companies, including software and hardware solutions for communication and collaboration, as well as logistical support for legal and financial compliance.
