Women In Tech PGH (WITPGH) is at the forefront of transforming professional development to meet the demands of today's constantly evolving technology workforce. Our mission is deeply rooted in supporting individuals from nontraditional backgrounds and underrepresented communities with programming informed by research, lived-experience, cultural competency, wellbeing, and community data. WITPGH launched Pittsburgh’s first technical bootcamp exclusively for women and scaled to expand more advanced offerings on emerging technologies; designing custom curricula and exploratory opportunities for Golang, Kubernetes, generative AI, product management, project management, and robotics. WITPGH engages both individuals and businesses to support a strategic vision that deepens our understanding of how evolving technologies reshape business models and influence societal structures.
