Solutions Broker Group is about building skills, knowledge and experience in new and existing advisers to make them successful. We focus on how to help the adviser reach that next level of success. Initially we help new advisers begin in the industry and give them a home for 2 years to develop their confidence and skills. We also assist established advisers with ongoing improvements in a range of levels. We believe that mentoring is a strong source of development, making tools and knowledge readily available and also keeping all parties accountable for their actions to ensure improvement can be achieved!
