Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Knoxville, TN based SolVIS, INC was founded in 2013 by Augustin and Lindsey Manolache. With a clear VISION in mind, SolVIS quickly grew in the machine vision sector of Industrial Automation field. Awarded the CSI (Certified Systems Integrator) honor from COGNEX in 2017, SolVIS became the go to Machine Vision Consultant in the Southeast Region of the United States. With exponential growth, SolVIS now employs a staff of Controls Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Algorithm Engineers, and mechanical/electrical technicians. While machine vision remains SolVIS’ core competency, machine builds, track and trace, controls system service, MES/SCATA integration and Robotics have become a large portion of SolVIS’ business.
