Founded on July 8th 2018 Solwing Esports aims to spread its love for gaming by utilizing powerful plays and quality content. This means that we focus on recruiting the best esport players out there together with really talented on-screen personalities, such as streamers on Twitch or YouTube. Solwing Esports follows a very well structured business plan but we make sure to be flexible. Esports is one of the fastest growing and changing businesses out there so we made sure to adapt to this. We aim to grow our reach by a certain percentage each and every day. We make sure we stand very close to our supporters and community, without them we would not be anywhere. With our motto #TakeFlight and the Blue and Yellow bird we aim to make a mark on the esports world. Staffing & Recruiting belongs to our day-to-day priorities. We are always looking to expand our organization. With the motto "#UnderOurWing", meaning to hire someone, we spread this message from time to time on all of our Social Media platforms.
