SomaTraining Education

We offer a series of professional development courses & workshops each with a different subject and set of techniques. The SomaTRAINING program is an exercise-based program designed for exercise professionals to improve their anatomical and biomechanical knowledge, while learning a wide range of analytical exercise techniques paired with a way of thinking that allows them to deal with complex issues they may come across. The SomaTHERAPY program is a specialised manual therapy program targeted at the treatment of the human fascial system. Both programs teach students detailed fascial anatomy, biomechanics and critical thinking through continuous problem solving. Micro movement manages macro function. Addressing the seemingly small but mechanically important anatomical links leads to significant improvements in all aspect of movement quality. Most of our courses can be taken a’ la carte or grouped together as part of a complete program. Our courses are recommended for practitioners in the fields of Strength & Conditioining, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Therapy and Personal Training.
