The Company and subsidiaries has been engaging in the manufacturing of auto part for vehicle industry such as passenger car, pick-up, trucks and agriculture machinery industry. The main major customers are the original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) both domestic and international market with the long term purchase contract and the replacement equipment manufacturer (“REM”)
The operation of each company in the group has the policy to grow together with customers, focus on creating values to the organization and stakeholder with differential products. In term of operation, each company shall operate its business in the business unit (“BU”) of the organization. The Board of Directors shall stipulate the overall policy to be applied to each company in the group which all executives in each function shall directly report to the President. Each company has set goal, strategy and following up the performance through the Executive Committee regularly.
