I founded ‘Somers Training & Consultancy’ after identifying a need for a more empathetic approach to diversity training based upon a blend of experiential learning and evidential research. As a Veteran, I served 26 years in the British Army retiring in 2022. As an accomplished trainer, facilitator and speaker, my academic and professional experience enables me to engage naturally with an audience fostering an open culture of learning for any professional environment. I have always been passionate about promoting equality and inclusivity, both in the workplace and every aspect of my life. We provide quality training products, consultancy services and event speaking on diversity related topics. In addition, we can tailor a diversity based presentation to your company's/business needs.
