Sommartel is a small consulting practice that aims to bring perspective whilst working as an essential member of your team whether for a day or for a year.
Sommartel was established in 2019 by Dominic Kemps who brings two decades of experience capitalising on data and insights, leading strategy, launching philanthropy initiatives, brokering partnership, developing innovation initiatives to catalyse social change and delighting clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. The practice's primary focus is trying to create or refine strategy to enhance social impact. Our aim is to help organisations to optimise their resources including people, products, processes and capital to deliver positive change.
We work lean and think long-term - preferring the opportunity of a long-term relationship instead of over-selling you on services you do not require.
Committed to social impact in its own operations, a minimum of 10% of Sommartel's consultants time is allocated to pro-bono projects.
