Chef, who after several experiences in reference abodes like the Hotel Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon, or The Dorchester Hotel in London, where he had the privilege to serve the Queen of England or the humanitarian Nelson Mandela, offers in his different services a trip of flavors and textures to the best of the gastronomy of Portugal. Training: A varied agenda of Workshops according to your expectations. Courses with different learning levels and content. Catering: Small, medium and large events, with all the rigor, requirement, maximum description and secrecy for companies, offices or individuals. We go to your company or residence (Home Chef), to serve a meal made on the spot, prepared by a Professional Chef. Companies: Events composed by culinary challenges focused on the specific objectives of your company, stimulating communication skills, leadership, competition, division of tasks, conflict management and stress. Tourism: For those who want to know a little more about our typical national gastronomy. We go to a market, buy the ingredients, prepare a typical Portuguese meal and toast with national wines, always taking the recipe with you. Consulting: Expert in gastronomic consulting, Chef Pedro Sommer creates the concept, designs the Menu, forms the work team and stays in his restaurant, until he is able to walk alone. Food Style: Photographing or filming food requires a lot of technique and attention to details that insinuate perfection.
