I will help you take back control and feel prepared for birth and motherhood, whatever parenthood and life throws your way. Whether that’s coping with changes in plan during birth, with many sleepless nights, post natal anxiety/depression or finding yourself again in your new role. I want you to feel supported and know that you can feel confident and happy; and cope with everything in your life. I don’t believe in burying your head in the sand; knowledge is power. I don’t believe birth is ‘perfect’ or something we should rigidly plan, like all parenthood - it’s a journey and we teach you hope to cope with every step. AND we don’t believe ‘mum’ is your identity, we’ll help you find the real you again! When you have an understanding of your body and mind (I’m talking about physiology and neuroscience, no “pink fluffy cloud magic” here), and tools to work WITH them, you can look forward to the next steps in birth and motherhood, knowing you can cope with anything and feel like your again.
