Sonashray is our Old Age Home within the Shekhar Memorial Foundation, offering top-notch premium facilities for the elderly, 24/7 care, physiotherapy, and many fun activities for the elderly ensuring through engagement. Founded by Lt. Col. Shobha Naidu and Sanjay Naidu in memory of their beloved son, Shekhar who died in a tragic bike accident at the age of 13, Shobha and Sanjay run this old age home, taking upon the noble cause of caring for the elderly in all the ways they can.
We are self-sufficeint, though always on the lookout for for more passionate people to join this initiative be it in the form of volunteering, interning or working here as nurses, care-takers, psychologists, designers, and more.
