We develop and license methods for producing hook type touch fasteners using ultrasonic technology. This allows hook product to be produced directly from existing substrate materials, such as nonwovens, films, disposable diapers and hygiene products by "stealing" some of the base material and molding this material into precision hook fasteners.
We are equipped with full testing capabilities for touch fasteners and state-of-the-art developmental technologies such as SEM, FEA, Laser processing, Fine-wire EDM, Ultrasonic processing, Digital Microscopy, 3D Modeling, CMM and UV Adhesive Curing.
We maintain two ultrasonic hook-forming pilot lines, two environmentally controlled laboratories and a small in-house model shop.
