SonicRegen is developing a bioprinting device using high intensity focused ultrasound, which is able to penetrate deep within a medium at a concentrated focal point in 3D space. Using thermoresponsive materials and specialised ultrasound transducer control, you are able to produce cell scaffolds and tissues with complex internal geometries.
