Sonitherm is a SME active in the heat treatment of metals since 1999. Our speciality is the hardening of steel for armament, tooling and precision mechanics. Some of our customers are also active in fields related to the automotive or aerospace industries. The use of molten salt baths allows the highest quality in terms of homogeneity and repeatability of the heat treatment. Our processes also ensure reduced deformation. Our strengths are the quality of our work, the flexibility and the rapidity of our treatments (from 24 to 48 hours except for the treatments carried out externally (1 to 2 weeks)) With its long experience, Sonitherm can also advise and guide you in the choice of steels and treatments best suited to your applications or your customers' requirements. With our network of partners, we can also offer you complementary treatments such as: gas or ionic nitriding (plasma), carburizing, carbonitriding, nitrocarburizing, surface hardening by induction.
