Started in 1991, Sonk Films has been in the activity of making feature films, documentaries, short films and creating media content for over thirty years. Having its own production and post-production setup; it associates itself with professionals who are trained at the two reputed film schools in India – FTII, Pune and SRFTI, Kolkatta. Guided by the award winninf FIlm maker Ramchandra PN, Sonk films is a member of Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) & Indian Documentary Producer's association. (lDPA).
