For over 30 years Sontag Construction, Inc. has been providing residential framing and construction services to the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities. The company was founded by East Bay native Peter Sontag in 1991 and has quickly grown to include a variety of Green Certified construction services; including rough framing, carpentry, concrete foundation, demolition, decking, and siding. The scope of our work varies from framing garden sheds to new multi-million dollar private residences.
