SoomeenHahm Design Ltd is a London (UK) and California (US) based architectural design studio focusing on design research and practice, proactively exploring ways to integrate cutting-edge technologies in architecture from thinking to execution. The company's design research looks at the ecology of computational power, technology, and human intuition, and sees how this collaboration impacts the design and building industry and physical environment. Approached from strong academic drives, the office have been trying hard to bridge between academic interest and commercial practices. Previously done projects include small-scale installations, large-scale architecture, and large-scale urban planning – experts in providing highly unique and cutting-edge design solutions from concept to execution. Currently, the office has developed a number of years of expertise in the use of Augmentation (i.e., AR/VR) and robotics to execute complex and precise digitally generated forms, questioning the future role of human, robot, machine, and computer.
