E.g. it only incorporates quantitative but not qualitative data, backward looking (relies on historical returns and co-variances) and assumes simplistic linear relationships between assets. The embedded vector leverages advances in AI and can handle both quantitative and qualitative information. It is dynamic and forward looking - incorporates real-time news flows. It also captures non-linear relationships and complex patterns. We are utilizing this technology to disrupt the $6 trillion passive investment industry. AMCs want their own edge by rapidly developing custom indexes, which incumbents such as MSCI aren’t able to fulfill.
