WAGE Alliance (Women, Agriculture, Gender, Environment) is a registered nonprofit under the Society Act, operating across Sindh, Pakistan. We work at the intersection of gender, climate, labor, and agriculture—building capacity, amplifying marginalized voices, and advocating for justice. Our organization is deeply committed to community-led development, ensuring that those often excluded from decision-making—especially women and informal workers—are placed at the center of solutions. We collaborate closely with women’s trade unions, local NGOs, and community-based organizations to champion the rights of rural women and build sustainable futures for farming households.
