Founded in 1981, SOPAL is mainly renowned as a brass-producing company. It has an integrated system of production. In addition, it enjoys the privilege of having a highly performing research department specialised in technical surveys and equipped with ultramodern, sophisticated technology for computer-assisted product development and design (CAPD and CAPD). In addition, the company's workshop is fitted with digitally-operated machinery for manufacturing all types of tools utlised in the production process whenever the need arises.
SOPAL currently demonstrates expertise in five manufacturing processes. They are namely: automated hot stamping, casting in a chill mould, pressure injection, digitally-operated machinery chromium and nickel plating.
SOPAL, Créée en 1981, est aujourd’hui, leader, en Tunisie dans la fabrication et la distribution de produits dans les secteurs de l’équipement sanitaire, du branchement d’eau et du branchement Gaz.
Son développement a été acquis par une volonté ferme, d’amélioration continue sur la Qualité et d’innovation permanente des produits, au service du client.
Son processus est totalement intégré. Son bureau d’études techniques est équipé de moyens, des plus performants en conception et en développement. Un atelier est pourvu de machines à commandes numériques nécessaires à la fabrication de tout outillage pour la production.
Ses métiers sont : le matriçage à chaud, la fonderie gravitaire, l’injection sous pression, l’usinage à commande numérique, le polissage robotisé et le traitement de surface totalement automatisé. Le contrôle d’étanchéité, effectué unitairement sur bancs d’essais, est assuré tout au long de processus de fabrication.
SOPAL est aujourd’hui un groupe qui compte quatre sociétés tunisiennes à savoir SOPAL, SANA (société des accessoires sanitaires), Winox (couverts de table), Aquaplast (injection plastique) en plus de deux autres sociétés à l’international notamment SOPAMAR au Maroc et SOPAL AFRIQUE en Côte d’ivoire.
