SORMAF was created in 1978. It is the French subsidiary of SORMA, an international group specialising in the production of equipment and supplies for fruit and vegetable packaging. SORMAF has a staff of 80 people spread over 7 agencies: Cavaillon in the South-East, Bressols in the South-West, Perpignan in the Pyrénées Orientales, Cornillé-les-Caves in the Loire Valley, Saint-Pol-de-Léon in Brittany, Fère Champenoise in the Marne and Lille in the North. It also benefits from the commercial collaboration of CORSICA EMBALLAGES in Corsica. Furthermore, SORMAF has created SORMAF MAROC in Agadir (5 people), and MANIP FRUITS (23 people), a company specialised in the manufacture of customised equipment (conveyors, packing tables, immersions, etc).
