Sortino M&A Group

Between June 2022 and April 2025, Sortino M&A Group served as a community for ambitious students interested in a career in finance. The group gathered 100+ students as analysts to publish detailed reports on over 50 recent M&A transactions, offering its analysts the opportunity to develop financial modelling skills, commercial awareness, and sector-specific knowledge. Sortino M&A Group organised 5 financial modelling workshops for 300+ students at University College London, Imperial College London, King’s College London, Queen Mary and Loughborough University to enhance the technical knowledge of attendees.
