We teach work ethic through deconstruction and woodworking to guys coming out of prison who are ready and excited to become productive members of society. Having been incarcerated is a lot like the old, chipped, and broken wood that our guys salvage. They work to reclaim their lives as they transform wood from something discarded into something new, beautiful, and useful that has purpose.
