Soul Therapy

Soul Therapy offers the following services: 1. Travel Therapy - involves the active removal of an individual from their immediate environment and transports them to a therapeutic location for self-awareness, integration and well-being. It includes activities including but not limited to Expressive Arts Therapy, Counselling, Yoga, Meditation and Dance. Each day will include an itinerary designed specifically for a group including individual counselling and group art therapy sessions. The individual sessions will be focused on client specific needs whereas the group sessions will utilize expressive arts therapy relating to music, dance, visual arts, drama and writing activities. Moreover, additional activities such as beach trips, jungle walks, scuba diving, snorkelling and kayaking can be arranged on request. 2. Expressive Arts Therapy sessions - Expressive Arts Therapy is the psychotherapeutic use of all possible forms of expression. It furthers the integration of the individual as DMT does. Sessions are designed either to aid catharsis through expression and regain access to creativity; or to go deeper into a certain theme/disorder as suits the client group. 3. Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy - Counselling & Psychotherapy is based on client specific needs wherein the goals of therapy are established with a joint effort on part of the client and counsellor. The counselling sessions provide assistance to the client in helping them develop their personal goals for therapy and marking their progress with subsequent sessions.
