Our history as peasants began more than five generations ago, to our fields of Baix Llobregat, where we cultivated the great variety of fruit and vegetables that, for more than 100 years, reached the very stops that the Torras and Mulet families had to the markets of the Barceloneta and the Abaceria. Following the remodeling of the Barceloneta Market, and looking closely at the generational change, it was decided that it was time to make a vital change. Thus, in the 2004s, each child specialized in one area: retail (Hortet del Baix) and supply to restaurants (Soulblim).
